Templett is the browser-based platform we use for editing templates, similar to Canva. The main difference is we can jump in and help you if you get stuck.

1. After purchase, you'll receive two emails: an order confirmation from us, and an access link from Templett. If you don't see them, please check your junk or spam folder. Automated emails have a habit of ending up there. If the Templett email still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, get in touch and we'll sort it out for you.
2. Click the "Access Your Template" button in the Templett email. If you're new to Templett, you'll be prompted to create a free account (just needs a username and password). If you already have one, your template will be added automatically.
3. Once logged in, you'll find your template waiting there and ready for you to edit.
