The short answer is no. Due to rising production and material costs (and an ever-growing desire to design more), we’ve made a permanent shift to digital templates and printables. (All printed stationery items will be removed by 30 June 2025). We’ll be continually adding new designs and pieces you can personalise and print yourself — all for a fraction of the cost of professional stationery.
But we'll still be here to assist you on your stationery journey.
Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, and that hasn’t changed. Whether you need help troubleshooting, choosing paper, or figuring out which side is the front (we’ve all been there), we’re still here to support you with your DIY stationery journey.

We’re based in sunny Perth, Western Australia and we don’t have a physical store. The Hello Bureau is fully online.
We currently sell to customers in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States and Canada. All products are digital, so nothing is physically shipped.
Our templates are designed in A-series sizing (Australian and international standard). We are actively working on adding US standard size listings to our catalogue. In the meantime, US and Canada customers are welcome to email us after purchase with their order number and we'll resize their template for free within 1-2 business days.
After purchase, you’ll receive an email from Templett with your access link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. You'll find a tutorial on how to access your template here.
Yes! Most listings have a demo link so you can test the design before purchasing.
Nope! No premium subscriptions or software required. Templett works right in your web browser and you'll have free access as soon as you purchase a template. Any additional templates go straight into your Templett account.
Templett is best used on a desktop or laptop. Some basic edits may work on mobile, but full functionality needs a computer.
Editable templates export as high-resolution PDFs, JPEGs, or PNGs. Printable items are provided as PDF files unless stated otherwise.
Yes. You’ll receive print-ready PDF files that work with most print shops. Just be sure to check your printer’s file preferences.
Yes! Most of our templates and printables are designed to be printed at home using a standard A4 inkjet or laser printer. We recommend using good-quality paper or cardstock for the best results, and printing at 100% or actual size (not scaled).
Yes — you can edit and download your template multiple times for personal use. Access to the template lasts for two years. Please view our Copyright Policy for more information regarding personal use.
No. All products are digital and delivered via email.
First, check your spam folder. For templates, look for an email from Templett. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a digital product has been purchased. Email us if you have any concerns anyway and we'll be happy to discuss options.
We offer limited customisation on request. Please get in touch before purchasing if you need help with personalisation.
