All of our digital items are delivered electronically via email.
Shipping Costs
Templates and printables are delivered instantly after purchase. If nothing shows up within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Editable Templates: Editable templates are edited online via Templett and exported as high-res PDFs or JPEGs. You will receive an access email from orders@templett.com with your editing link. Please refer to this page on how to access your templates.
Printable PDFs: Your files will be available on the confirmation page and also sent via email.
Custom work (like illustrations or bespoke designs): We’ll be in touch within 2 business days to confirm next steps.
Issues or Assistance
If you run into any issues or need help, feel free to reach out with your order details. We’re here to help and will do our best to sort things out quickly.
We’re available Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm (WST / Perth time). Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day.
