All of our digital items are delivered electronically via email.
Shipping Costs
Templates and printables are delivered instantly after purchase. If nothing shows up within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Editable Templates: Editable templates are edited online via Canva and exported as high-res PDFs, JPEGs or PNGs. After purchase, download the access PDF from your order confirmation email or order history. Your template links are inside.
Printable PDFs: Your files will be available on the confirmation page and also sent via email.
Custom work (like illustrations or bespoke designs): We’ll be in touch within 2 business days to confirm next steps.
