Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any of our items once purchased, including DIY templates, printable files, or custom-designed work.

Ordered the wrong size template or need a different orientation?

No problem—just contact us and we can adjust your template size and orientation for you.
