Do you create custom printed invitations and stationery?
Yes! Our website only contains a snapshot of what we can create. We're happy to discuss any stationery ideas you may have for your wedding or event. You can learn more about our custom design service on our main website. If you are wanting something custom designed, please reach out to Cassandra via email.
How far in advance should I order my wedding event stationery?
We recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks before your wedding date to allow ample time for production, shipping, and any unforeseen delays. This ensures you receive your stationery at least one week before your wedding.
What happens if I place a late order (within 2 weeks of the event)?
While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for your event if your order is placed late. Please plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
How much time is needed for custom-designed wedding invitations?
Please note that as wedding invitations can be a lengthy process (the designing, printing and shipping), a minimum of 2 months notice must be given to us before your intended send-out date.
Generally, wedding invitations are sent out around 4 months before the wedding date. This allows your guests to have up to 3 months to RSVP for the wedding.
If you are expecting guests from interstate or overseas, we recommend sending out digital or physical save the dates to these guests, so that they have ample time to plan and prepare.
Can you create stationery for events that are not weddings?
Absolutely! At The Hello Bureau, we love bringing creativity to all of life's moments. Our stationery design services extend beyond weddings, covering a wide range of occasions and events. Whether it's a birthday bash, a joyous bridal or baby shower, or a respectful tribute for a funeral, we are here to lend a hand.

DESIGN QUESTIONS
Do you offer digital design services?
Yes, we do! If you prefer to print the items yourself, we can design and email you a digital copy of the items.
I'm after an item not listed on the website, are you able to design it for me?
Most of the time, we can. Please send us an email enquiry and we will get back to you about whether or not we can take on the project. You can learn more about our custom design service on our main website.
I saw something on your Instagram or website that's not in the shop. How do I get that design?
If you've seen us post designs that are not in the shop, chances are it was a bespoke design made especially for that customer. Simply drop us a line and we'll be happy to assist with the design.
Can I have a design printed on a different type of paper?
If we can source the paper you have in mind, then absolutely! However, this will be considered a custom order and will be quoted accordingly.
I would like to change the fonts used on my favourite design in the shop, is that possible?
While the fonts on our designs have been carefully curated to pair together nicely, we understand that you may have a preference for a particular font style that is not in the design. We are happy to swap out fonts during the drafts stage and help you find one that you love. Please bear in mind that this process does take time, so it will add extra days to the timeline.
Do you offer invitation finishings such as ribbons or wax seals?
While finishings like ribbons and wax seals aren’t included in our online offerings unless it's part of a design, we may be able to assist with providing them. Feel free to reach out to discuss your needs!
I'm after stationery for a corporate event, are you able to assist with the designs?
Yes, we can design for corporate events. Please send us an email enquiry and we will get back to you about whether or not we can take on the project.
